It's a struct with three elements.

name [string] - the name of the attachment

data [any] - the data for the attachment

type [string] - the mime type of the attachment, like "text/html" or "image/gif"

I was just investigating how to create attachments via the rpc interface, and i see that "message.createAttachment" just has the one parameter for an attachment. What kind of data goes in that "attachment" param? And how does the filename get sent?
